Our circuit court litigation team is made up of seasoned attorneys who focus on both property tax matters as well as litigation against governmental entities. Our experience, coupled with the relationships we have cultivated over the years, allows us to be efficient when needing to escalate cases beyond the Value Adjustment Board. Although our fee is hourly, we make sure to provide the client with the most cost efficient process that is possible for both parties. In doing so, we make sure that the original tax agent is still part of the deal and not removed from the process.
